Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The beautiful beach area at the Dead Sea was a highlight, and the spacious rooms provided comfort after a long day. However, my check-in experience was frustrating due to upselling tactics, and I felt that the prices for dining and drinks were on the high side. Still, the staff were attentive and created a welcoming atmosphere despite the issues.
I had an incredible experience at the hotel! The warm, welcoming atmosphere from the staff truly stood out, making my stay enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely view, though I initially faced some issues with my reservation that were quickly resolved. The proximity to the Dead Sea is perfect for a relaxing experience. Dining options were diverse and delicious, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, a fantastic value for money but a couple of hiccups with the room at first.
My experience at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The beach access was great, and I loved the delicious food options available. However, the entrance fee was a bit high for what was offered, considering the busy swimming pool and rocky beach. The staff were warm and accommodating, which made our time even better. Overall, it felt like a nice getaway but with some areas that could improve.
My stay at the resort was a wonderful experience, especially for relaxation and unwinding. The hotel offers excellent amenities including direct access to the Dead Sea and a variety of pools. However, while the service was noticeably better during my visit, the hotel itself is showing signs of age, particularly in the room facilities and areas like the pools.
My recent stay was quite a mix of experiences. On one hand, the staff at the hotel provided exceptional service, especially in the restaurant, while the pool area was a delight to relax in. However, I faced a significant issue with room temperature, which made the night uncomfortable. The dining experience, particularly at breakfast, felt a bit chaotic, taking away from an otherwise great atmosphere by the pools.
